We ship all VelvetSleep.in orders across India with care. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Timeframes

•        Metro cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days

•        Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days

•        Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are approximate — actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

 

Shipping Charges

•        Free shipping on all orders

•        Expedited / express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional charge

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details. You can track your order on the courier partner's website or via the link in your email.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged at an additional shipping charge.

 

Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and report it to us within 48 hours at support@velvetsleep2027@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

 

International Shipping

At present, VelvetSleep.in ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future — check our website for updates.
